Wondering what are the hottest neighbourhoods in Toronto’s real estate market?  We looked at the sales-to-inventory ratio by MLS district to see which areas are the hottest right now.

Neighbourhoods: Bloor West Village, High Park, The Junction, Wallace Emerson
Sales-to-Inventory ratio: 106%

2. MLS District: E5
Neighbourhoods: L’Amoreaux, Tam O’Shanter Sullivan
Sales-to-Inventory ratio: 98%

3. MLS District: E2
Neighbourhoods: The Beach, East End Danforth
Sales-to-Inventory ratio: 92%

4. MLS District: E7
Neighbourhoods: Agincourt
Sales-to-Inventory ratio: 90%

5. MLS District: E1
Neighbourhoods: Riverdale, Leslieville, Blake-Jones
Sales-to-Inventory ratio: 89%
